Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Earth & Leaf Brookline Landscapes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Earth & Leaf Brookline Landscapes provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may vary based on weather conditions, season, and other factors beyond our control.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from the initial assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We will make every effort to complete services on the scheduled date. However, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are necessary.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. Please secure pets and ensure children are supervised during our work. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other infrastructure that is not properly marked or disclosed.

You must inform us of any known hazards on your property before work begins. We reserve the right to stop work if unsafe conditions are discovered.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Plant materials are guaranteed for 30 days from installation, provided you follow our care instructions. Hardscaping work is guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather, pests, improper maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period with photos and a description of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Earth & Leaf Brookline Landscapes carries appropriate insurance for our work. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Claims must be made in writing within 30 days of service completion. We will inspect the work and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All landscape designs, plans, and creative work remain the property of Earth & Leaf Brookline Landscapes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for other projects without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
